A. Introduction Partywitme provides a platform for Organizers to list events and manage invitations. We act as a facilitator and do not own, host, or organize the events. By joining an event, you enter into a direct agreement with the Event Organizer. B. Organizer Autonomy Each Organizer sets their own refund policy for paid tickets, which is displayed on the event page. It is the user's responsibility to review this before making a payment. C. For private events where a host covers the cost and no ticket fee is charged, no refund policy applies. D. Mandatory Refunds: A full refund is mandatory if:

The event is canceled by the Organizer.

The event is postponed and the new date is not suitable for the attendee.

The event is significantly misrepresented (e.g., change of city or venue type).
E. Non-Refundable Fees Service fees and payment processing fees (e.g., Paystack, Stripe, Flutterwave) are generally non-refundable as they cover the costs of the transaction, unless the cancellation is due to a technical error on the Partywitme platform. F. Global Currency Disclaimer Refunds are issued in the original currency of purchase. Partywitme is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or foreign transaction fees charged by your bank during the refund process.
